It seems we’ve made it past the peak of the summer heat, but it’s still very hot out there. Please take good care of yourselves and stay safe.
Since this is SUSHI 51’s final summer, Chef Osamu will be here making sushi as always. However, my wife will be taking a short summer vacation, so we will be closed for lunch from Tuesday, August 18 through Friday, August 21.
In addition, on Thursday, August 20, dinner service will be reserved for a private party, so we will not be open for regular dinner service that evening.

シェフのオサムはいつも通り頑張りますが、妻が夏休みをいただくため、8月18日（火）から8月21日（金）までランチ営業をお休みさせていただきます。
また、8月20日（木）のディナータイムは貸切パーティーのため、通常営業はお休みとなります。
