Looking back on everything that has happened since we first opened, one memory that stands out is how so many members of the U.S. military community supported us during a time when dining inside restaurants was difficult. Many of you placed orders by phone and came to pick up your food, helping us keep our doors open through those challenging times.

We were able to get through the pandemic thanks to all of you who continued to support us, and we will never forget that kindness. ❤️

With just two weeks left until we close, I do feel sad to say goodbye, but above all, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude.

We will keep giving it our very best until the very end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of our journey! ????

写真は、2020年頃、新型コロナウイルスが流行していた時期のSUSHI 51の外観です。

オープン以来、本当にいろいろなことがありましたが、振り返ってみると特に強く思い出されるのが、コロナ禍のあの頃です。

店内でのお食事が難しかった時期にも、米軍基地関係のたくさんのお客様が電話でご注文くださり、お料理を受け取りに来てくださいました。皆様に支えていただいたおかげで、私たちはあの大変な時期を乗り越えることができました。

あの頃から支え続けてくださった皆様への感謝の気持ちは、今も決して忘れません。❤️

閉店まで残すところあと2週間となりました。お店を終えることへの名残惜しさはありますが、それ以上に、これまで出会い、支えてくださった皆様への感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

残り少ない営業期間となりましたが、最後まで精一杯頑張ります！

We’re back open for the week starting today! Looking at the calendar, we realized that SUSHI 51 has only three weeks left before we close our doors for good.

It’s hard to believe the end is so close, and we can’t help but feel a little sad. But we’re going to give it everything we’ve got and finish strong, with no regrets! ????

We’ll do our best to keep our most popular items available for as long as possible. However, as we approach our closing date, some menu items may gradually become unavailable due to ingredient supply and other circumstances.

If there’s something you’ve been wanting to enjoy one more time, we encourage you to stop by sooner rather than later.

We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.

We look forward to seeing you over these final three weeks. Thank you for being part of our SUSHI 51 journey! ????❤️

今日から今週の営業が始まりました！
カレンダーを見てみると、ゴイチの営業も残すところあと3週間となりました。

いよいよ最後が近づいてきたと思うと寂しい気持ちになりますが、最後まで悔いのないよう、全力で頑張って燃え尽きたいと思います！????

人気商品はできる限り切らさないように準備していくつもりですが、今後は仕入れなどの都合により、ご提供できるメニューが少しずつ減っていく可能性がございます。
