We have made the decision to close SUSHI 51 at the end of October 2026.
For the past 12 years, we’ve been incredibly grateful for all the customers who have supported us and made this journey possible.
Rather than closing suddenly, we wanted to take the time to properly thank you and finish this chapter the right way.
We still have about 6 months left, and we will continue serving every dish with care until the very end.
If you’ve never been here, or if you’ve been coming for years,
we would truly love to see you one more time.

この度、SUSHI 51は2026年10月末をもちまして閉店することを決めました。
12年間、たくさんのお客様に支えていただき、ここまで続けてくることができました。心から感謝しています。
これまでギリギリの中で営業を続けてきましたが、今後の設備や運営のことを考え、
急な閉店ではなく、きちんとご挨拶と感謝をお伝えできる形で終わりたいと考え、この決断に至りました。
残り約半年。最後まで一つひとつ、心を込めてお作りします。
まだ来たことのない方も、いつも来てくださる方も、
