SUSHI 51の営業も、残すところあと2か月となりました。
最近は、学生時代の同級生が久しぶりにお店に来てくれたりして、嬉しい出来事も続いています。
本当にありがたい気持ちでいっぱいです。
その一方で、「このお店の終わりが近づいているんだな」と思うと、やっぱり少し複雑な心境でもあります。
2014年から続けてきたSUSHI 51。
最後までしっかりと仕事をして、悔いを残さず、心置きなく燃え尽きたいと思っています????
残り2か月、皆さまにお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。

The heat has finally eased up a little, and September is here! ????
We now have only two months left before SUSHI 51 closes its doors.
Recently, some of my old classmates from my school days have come back to visit the restaurant, and those moments have made me incredibly happy and grateful.
At the same time, knowing that the end of SUSHI 51 is getting closer gives me mixed feelings.
Since opening in 2014, this restaurant has been a very important part of my life.
I want to give it everything I’ve got until the very last day, finish this chapter with no regrets, and go out in a blaze of glory! ????
We have just two months left, and I truly hope to see many of you before the end.
